Then gave it only 8 LGAs.

Bayelsa is made up of 603 villages and settlements and 598 is under Ijaw Socio Cultural Organization.


Bayelsa was cheated to have just 8 lgas.

Bayelsa is bigger than Akwa Ibom,
far bigger than Imo and Anambra put together
Bigger than Enugu, Ebonyi, Abia, Lagos, Ekiti and Osun as well as FCT.



Do not ever call Bayelsa a small State because of marginalizaton of Ijaw.
