I first asked the interviewer my own question and got an answer before I answered his own question. I asked the interviewer to tell me the logistics that the company will provide me with. Will the company give me accommodation and cover my transportation to and from work? His answers to these questions shaped my own answer to how much I would want as my salary.

You can ask questions during interview, give figures of how much you are expecting but no one discusses date as monthly is supposed to be within 30 days, if they are paying the OP on the 10th of the next month, he is working for 40 days a month.
