Hello great bosses in the house. I would like to get help on this issue I am currently undergoing. How come when I search a domain I created and want to register it on namecheap.com, when I search they will say its available and when I now want to make payment , the same namecheap.com will now claim its a premium domain. This was the same domain they just said was available some minutes ago. I have lost more than 5 unique domains I crafted to them this way. Can anyone kindly tell me what is happening and has anyone encountered such issues before.

This issues has seriously kept me in a state of doubt and disbelief. Kindly let me know what is happening.
