JUST IN: After six ill luck meeting held between the FG and ASUU over means to resolve the ongoing 9 months strike, the association, ASUU, on the seventh meeting with FG seem to have reached a unanimous decision to call off the strike.
The academic Staff Union Of Universities(ASUU), has said it have plans of calling off the ongoing strike action in the Nigerian universities which as lasted for nine months so far,
this nine months is said to be the longest strike action to be recorded in the history of Nigeria as FG failed to comply with its needs.
The suspension of the strike was made known by its official twitter handle after it's seventh sitting the FG team led by Dr. Ngige Chris, the minister of Labour and employment.
