not sure u can remember me. You assisted me with my laptop screen repairs some months ago. been a while, hope business is ok?

I need your help again. my laptop lid is loose, guessing the flex is weak and needs replacement. when you open the laptop it slams back close because its slack. how much would it cost for an acer 4720z flex replacement?

I remember now, thanks for patronising me . From you comment it means we have to change the flex and the laptop hinges that holds the laptop firm so that it will not slam back.
