I read the news about Emefiele's seized 750 houses on nairaland this evening, and noticed the Minister of Housing mentioned 'Renewed Hope Homes'. Just out of curiosity, I searched it on google, and Lo and behold there are actually new homes being constructed in several states which are already available for sale for cash, or with a government loan of just 7%!. Compare that to a commercial bank mortgage that is more than 30%.

The website functions excellently and prices are much cheaper than the equivalent houses in the open market.

Yet, most Southerners, (including me until today) are not aware of these opportunities.

sorry about that, there’s a trick I used if they’re just dead OLEDs but doesn’t work if they’re hardware related. Download OledSaver and reduce screen brightness to just 40-50% see if this works, if it doesn’t then a screen replacement is required, as for the slow charge, have you tried using another fast charger to confirm your charger isn’t the issue? Or else I’ll suggest replacing the charging port, as for the cost implications, are you comfortable sending your phone down to our computer village ikeja office for repairs? If yes then I could confirm cost , if no, then advisable you check your locations repair shop for price to avoid price desparity and quality issues with the type of screen offered.

At first I will just plug it and sometimes it will come back to normal, but now that trick is no more working since February till now, i think it will need screen replacement

But kindly tell your pay master that, let the effect of having a refineries be felt. Such as prices of some essential commodities like Gas, fuel and more should reflect this win.


And before you come after me, note I am not a politician or affiliate have to any party. I am Just an ordinary citizen who is also been affected by is policy and want Nigeria to be better.

We just don't want wins of refineries to be publicize via you and other means without any visible change. When I see the reflection of the refineries, I will still come and appreciate.
