Essential Volunteering Functions:
• Facilitate training sessions

Qualifications
• Must have at least a Bachelor degree

• Must have experience working with secondary school students or in similar afterschool programs
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Critical and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must have knowledge of computers and software applications
• Ability to work independently and work under strict deadlines
• Are able to sacrifice at least 3 hours between the hours of 1pm – 4pm on some select days of training.
• Willing to give quality time when needed for workshops sessions which could be a day or two and usually held about three times in a year

MindAfrica is responsible for providing curriculum, training manuals and other training resources except otherwise.
