I have not seen one because I don't have a telescope but don't mistake this for the normal collapse u know. This simply means that the star particles become more compart and the intermolecular space between the particles shrink. Leading to a star with much higher density and gravitational influence eg neutron stars and black holes.

What I'm saying is, no one knows what those are to be exact... its speculation not fact...
