However, my optics bear out that all Wike wanted is for Fubara to ensure that the political structure that brought him to power is well taken care of so it can remain with Wike overseeing same for the good all co-travellers in their political family. As far as I know that will not have a negative effect on the delivery of democratic dividends to the good citizens of Rivers State. There is something called security votes.It is akin to slush funds of sorts.
