3. Seller vessel shall respond by issuing the NOR/ETA Marine Notice Of Readiness.


4. Seller moves the loaded cargo to agreed location for final Q and Q..

5. Seller issue MATB for buyer's inspection team with supercargo to come onboard for the Q&Q and take sample for report, the report shall be sent to both buyer and seller. Buyer shall release the One Hundred Million naira in cash for the logistics and place full bank instrument for the entire cargo base on the Q/Q report to Sellers account. Seller links the buyer to the vessel handler to place full charter on the vessel.*****PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BASED ON SELLER'S INSTRUCTION*****
