Macmilla: Ok. Let me explain something to you... First, I can bet my balls that no Honda key can open my car except my key. Some never-do-wells have actually tried opening my car on two occasions but failed. Honda cars keys are actually high security keys, much more secure than Toyota keys. I won't explain why that is, but I can explain why you had such experience. Most of those cars are more than 15yrs old. Over the years, there is wear and tear on both the key blande and the lock pins. As the pins wear out, they no longer fit tightly in their location and tends to fail. The failure can come in two ways. Either it allows more keys to open it, or it fails to unlock even with the correct (old) key. When it starts getting difficult to unlock with the correct keys, most Nigerian locksmith, instead of doing a proper fix, they go and file down the worn out pins or even remove them entirely. This further worsens the situation. The pins are the security guards. Removing even one is an abomination. What I do to maintain my key security (which I advice anyone reading this to do): Whenever I buy a new Honda, I order a new keyblade (or the whole key) from AliExpress. I send them a clear picture of my old key and pay for key cutting service. In my experience, they analyze the picture, decipher the key code, and then cut a perfect key. This is much easier if you already have the key code. There's a good chance that this new perfect key might have a problem opening your car door or turning the ignition because your keyhole is already worn. Try it on less frequently used keyholes on your car, like the glove compartment, the rear seat fold release or the trunk pass through. If it works, then comes the second step. I order for Hon66 lock pins from AliExpress. Then I tear down the door and bring out the key cylinder. I tear this down further to bring out all the worn out lock pins. Then I repin them to exactly match my new key. I also do this to the ignition hole as it is the most used keyhole and most worn out. This brings back the security of your key as Honda intended it. All these might sound complicated to the average Nigerian car owner, but remember this is a security issue, it is NOT supposed to be easy. If you can not do this and can not get your locksmith to do it, then don't blame Honda when 5 different keys open your car. Even my house key can open my honda. The day I discovered it, I laughed my belly out. 😂🤣 |

Most sport betting companies allow you to only withdraw winnings, that is a way to curb money laundering.
From your analysis, you should be entitled to withdraw the 2k you won. |

Cryomancer: To be honest, cars are actually made to be "set and leave" when you you purchase it brand new. The situation of our country in terms of roads, substandard vehicles parts, substandard oils, inexperienced engineers, poor maintenance culture (for some people) etc, are the reasons why vehicles always have issues.
My secret is to get every bad parts changed immediately and carry out routine maintenance on my car. It's expensive but in the long run, I achieve the "set and leave" goal at almost 98% of the time. This is my goal for my Honda Accord |

Macmilla: I'm not in Lagos. And I'm not a car technician. I just give advice based on the little knowledge I have acquired over the years of using Honda. Buy a cheap Bluetooth code reader from konga or jumia and scan the car yourself. The Bluetooth code readers are less than 10k. Will do. Thanks 🙏 |

Nonso92: I have been experiencing very poor network from starlink since last weekend. I wanna ask if I'm the only one or it's a general problem, cos it's never been this bad.
PS. I'm on the roam unlimited subscription UPDATE I reached out to starlink to complain about my slow Internet issue, and they concluded that my kit had a gps issue, that why my Internet has been poor. They sent over a new kit and even offered me one month free subscription. I just installed the new kit today and I have been monitoring the internet. Previously I was getting under 5mbps at every speed test, but now it's gone up to 20. I'm guessing there might be an update on the new kit, then the speed would improve.

Conner44: While sitting in the car. The driver side. At the end of your left leg there is a fuse compartment. Open it and look at tye diagram behind it.
Right there is a diagram of where all the fuses for your electricals are. Look at their images and it's corresponding number.
Take a torch 🔦 bend down at the fuse compartment and locate the exact fuse position by its corresponding numbering, pull it out and replace it with the corresponding fuse of same rating (nothing more or less) with what is displayed on the diagram aka a 10amp fuse with another 10amp fuse too AND NOT 15 or 20amp types.
Use new fuses, DO NOT USE WIRE TO BRIDGE THE FUSE SO AS NOT TO CAUSE A FIRE or fry another innocent circuit. Thanks, I'll get new fuses |

Hi guys! Good evening. Small problem with my Honda Accord 03 The power window button on the driver doesn't roll up or down the rear windows, but it rolls up & down the driver and passenger side. However, all of the buttons are functional, I can roll up or down the windows with their respective buttons, including the rear windows. Any help, I'm guessing a fuse problem, but I don't know which fuse. Thanks |
