Well, he did massively well in Lagos. Now, he's putting helpful reforms in place. Someone has to remove subsidy, and someone has to move to stabilize the naira. We couldn't sustain the borrow-borrow lifestyle entrenched by the subsidy of education, light, oil, health and so on. Education is expensive the world over. Light isn't cheap in America or UK.
