That's probably because you didn't download the game from Playstore... That error only happens if you didn't download the game from Playstore... If that's the case, then expect a permanent ban anytime from now ✔

I'll advise you go and get the official version from Playstore and Jejely start afresh and Login your Google account... Cos eventually Gameloft will ban you ✔

Build.prop is located at; File explorer/Root/System/build.prop. Open as text and screen short this part for me.
