You don't destroy someone's property worth billions of naira and give them paltry 1.3m as compensation simply because u can.

The people have a right to go to court to seek property compensation from the government. They are not bad people for exercising their legal right.

And in the even that the owners of such properties refused to pay, Kaduna state government will head to court and force the offenders to pay of risk jail term.
