If she has active negative pcr result on her alhosn app without the emirate ID, there are 2 possibilities; It’s either She’s directed to confirm her visa/passport in their office beside them at the border and if it’s fine, she’ll be allowed to cross. Otherwise, some of the officers don’t give ppl that opportunity, no ID, no entry.
“Go back to Dubai “ is what they’ll say and that’s all.
I’ve witnessed both scenarios.

Brother I was once turned back from one the border..reason my id not from Abudhabi ( Abudhabi non resident) after checking their office. I had to use another alternative border same day. Luckily for me I was passed.

I will hope that the part that tourists are not allowed in Abu Dhabi is not true as my wife is in isolation in Dubai and would be heading to Abu Dhabi afterwards for an interview at one of the embassies there.

Active negative covid test on Alhosn app and Emirate id is required to cross Abu dhabi border.
I strongly doubt if tourist visa is allowed to enter from other Emirates to Abudhabi

Online portal or go to their Dubai office and make payments. I paid cash last year but now stopped except otherwise.

One more thing, do you have your residence visa ? You may not renew with visit visa except you have offer letter duly signed from company.
