I will place the blame on the South East because it was the marginalisation of the SS in the former eastern region that put Boro in that situation.

Anytime the SE wants to bring the SS into their matter, as in this post above and that of the op, I always have to remind my South South brothers with my post so that we do not allow the SE to join us with their own issues.
