Please, how do i prove my own tie separately, its not april 29, its may 29th (our wedding will be 5years on may 29th), so we plan to travel around 25th so we can have the anniversary there, we intend to stay for just 8nights, is that ok? i intend to pay the visa fees today.

schengen visa have nothing to do with USA visa,just fill in the ds form correctly,,u can not defend ur wife because vo decide on individual differences,if u n ur wife runs the business kindly tell the vo the truth,since u both have travel out to dubai u both have a better chance of getting the visa although those with without travel xperience also got visa it depend on the mindset of the vo n ur ability to proove ur strong tie,but i suggest u should proove ur own tie n leave ur wife business for her so it wil be more strong n u can wake up from today n say u wil travel to american tomorow 29 april is wrong, xtend ur plan to enable u package n prepare urself,,ur account is ok for the trip,,u can chuse affordable state with cheap hotel like florida,new jersey etc go n get ur visa with ur u both have a good chance,,,,,remember most back up document like prayer for for the greatest chance,,God is able go n pick ur visas,,,mana chukwu gozie gi biakwa kele,udo diri unu

yes, we are legally married (Registry) have the marriage certificate.
i don't really have steady incomes, they are random deposits, most times huge, because i am a Civil Engineer and most jobs i do are construction jobs.
My wife's account has steady inflow from her daily sales and also huge deposits some times from contracts ( still have General Contracts on the certificate of registration)
Lastly, since its registered in her name, will i be asked why my name is not included?

1. If you guys tun the business together, you state it as such.
2. The VO's job is to determine if you are eligible for a visa, without more. Are you legally married? Yes. E no concern her the age difference. Is she a marriage consellor?
3. There's no place in the form for refusal of other visas so its not an issue. You won't be asked and Don't go mentioning it.
4. Both of you are above 18 so you each stand alone though you'l be interviewed together. Nothing like principal applicant.
5. Vegas. Chicago. New york.Or Disneyworld in Florida . Me and LordGuinivere used Disneyworld (yes, we know we are agbayas ) However which ever state you do decide on, you must know its exciting places and why you guys wanna go there.
6. With 4.5m in the account, you can be a sponsor for both of you. Have u been receiving a steady income however?
7. Mbok after filling the form, show her to go through and indicate she was the one that filled the form. Always keep it simple.

i intend to apply for a tourist visa with my wife to travel on vacation for our 5years wedding anniversary (may 29), we have a registered business (Enterprise with daily inflow) which bears her name as the sole proprietor, we have travelled together once to Dubai.

Please help.

1: can i say that we run the business together?
2: my wife is 4 years older than me, will it influence the decision of the VO negatively?
3: my wife was recently refused a schengen visa, will that count against us?
4: Since the business is registered in her name, will it be right to make her the principal applicant ?
5: Which part of the USA would be a plus to us considering our purpose of travel?
6: I have got around 4.9m in my account, should i stand as the sole sponsor of the trip?
7: can i also indicate that i filled the form on her behalf? because i will be filling both forms.
