There is only two solutions to this problem. Is either u upgrade ur os version if there is any update available or u back up ur phone using BlackBerry link and wipe d device. When u are done, restore ur back up data. Problem solved.
Note: the device wipe will take time, maybe 1 or 2hours

@obamaweezy, I have rooted my infinix zero 16 gig ROM 2 GB RAM but it better if u see someone to help u face to face if u do not understand how to go about it. am living in Lagos, somolu area precisely if anyone is having difficulty rooting his or her own and u are living around I can gladly put you through.

My infinix 16gb+2gb is rooted, just that the glo b..is is not working properly after changing my imei number to a blackberry's own, only whatsapp and ucbrowser is working with the bis. Any help will be duely appreciated

Am also having the same problem. The bis is only working on whatsapp and uc browser and it only load Nairaland website. Pls is there anyone using this glo bis on this infinix zero phone and everything is working fine
