Nigerians misuse, and probably invent most of the english words they use. I myself got to know about the non existent word "Concessional" when I saw it on aau site. I only know of concession which means approval of admission etc. It has several meanings. Qsheba, do not say its an english word because its on aau site or you have heard it countless of times. There is something called Tautology, not everything you read of hear is correct.

I think there might be some complications during the clearance cause of you guys paying in a different bank from the one assigned to your faculty. If they wanted it the way you guys did it, they wouldn't have specified a particular bank for a particular faculty. Just pray you are not paired up with a sadistic clearance office that will make your life miserable.

it is not o i paid via atm and bank charges was 500.i think d concessional fee include sug due,matric gown and lapel/file,i think they added this fees to both the tuition and acceptance fee......i am not sure o i might be wrong

They added most of what you mentioned to the acceptance fee, don't go and pay for what you have no idea about.

Concessional fee is an online charge like extra bank charge and its strictly for those paying their acceptance and school fees online. Please don't confuse yourself and give them your money for nothing.

Hellooo, pls i heard AAU is among the 8 operators of illegal universities that has been closed down by NUC (National Universities commision). Pls is this true I'm a Jambite, i've purchased a jamb form and AAU is my choice of institution

Nuc has release that list since! And its some illegal satelite campuses in aau not aau itself. Everybody knows aau is a legal state university.
