Was igbo people not amongst the people that made Nigerian what it is today? Or did they fall from the sky and discovered Nigeria has become a mess? When did you write the exam? If the cert isn't out, you can use your online printout. Admission office is at delta park. Just enter inside, walk down by your left, close to the bank or ask anyone inside.

If you mean your school charges receipt has both acceptance fee and school charges write on it, then mine was different. I printed more than a slip after the school fees probably bcus i payed for accommodation bcus it included accommodation undertaking.

They don't need any photocopy at the admission office. Take d original of your O'level cert, jamb original result, eligibility form, admission letter, one passport photograph and school fees receipt.
