Sugarboyy: Agric products that are produced in your state, just like mine, why are they not cheap then? Abi Boko haram and bandits still they affect my Edo State farmers and your state too? that is the scarcity i spoke about, the few agric produce from these other peaceful states can't feed us all. |
Politics › Re: Nigeria’s Agricultural Imports Policy Is Suicidal by obinnanelson4(m): 7:39am On Mar 04, 2025 |
It's sad how people analyse situations and policies from just a point of view. For years now, our farmers have been finding it difficult to meet the population demand of agricultural produce reason not far from; insecurity, herder's invasion of farmlands, climate change etc. Our farmers are faced with the challenge of insecurity whereby the agendist Fulani tribes/machineries have been kidnapping them, collecting ransom, rapping their wives and female children, killing unfortunate ones. They also usually experience invasion of their farmlands by these herders with their livestock to graze on crops planted to be harvested. All these challenges has caused scarcity and hike in price of the little food available. The government decides to throw the borders open for importation of food to help cushion the effect and you are here condemning it instead of gratitude to the government. Please let's be reasonable. |

Health › Re: Blocked Fallopian Tubes. Causes, Prevention And Cure by obinnanelson4(m): 10:09pm On Dec 28, 2024 |
tcmedicine01: BLOCKED FALLOPIAN TUBE
A blocked fallopian tube, also known as tubal occlusion, is a condition where one or both of the fallopian tubes are blocked, preventing eggs from traveling through them. Here's what you need to know:
Causes 1. *Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)*: A bacterial infection that can cause scarring and blockage. 2. *Endometriosis*: A condition where tissue grows outside the uterus, leading to inflammation and scarring. 3. *Adhesions*: Bands of scar tissue that can form after surgery, infection, or injury. 4. *Tubal ligation*: A surgical procedure to block the tubes for birth control purposes. 5. *Congenital defects*: Rare conditions where the tubes are blocked or malformed from birth.
Symptoms 1. *Infertility*: Difficulty getting pregnant due to the blockage. 2. *Pelvic pain*: Pain in the lower abdomen, which can be constant or intermittent. 3. *Abnormal menstrual bleeding*: Heavy or irregular periods. 4. *Painful intercourse*: Discomfort during sex due to the blockage.
Diagnosis 1. *Hysterosalpingogram (HSG)*: An X-ray test that uses dye to visualize the tubes. 2. *Laparoscopy*: A minimally invasive surgical procedure to examine the tubes and surrounding area. 3. *Ultrasound*: A non-invasive test that uses sound waves to visualize the tubes and ovaries.
Treatment 1. *Surgery*: Laparoscopic or open surgery to remove blockages or repair damaged tubes. 2. *IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)*: A fertility treatment that bypasses the blocked tubes. 3. *Tubal cannulation*: A minimally invasive procedure to clear blockages using a catheter.
Complications 1. *Ectopic pregnancy*: A pregnancy that develops outside the uterus, often in the blocked tube. 2. *Chronic pelvic pain*: Ongoing pain in the lower abdomen. 3. *Infertility*: Difficulty getting pregnant due to the blockage.
Prevention 1. *Practicing safe sex*: Reducing the risk of PID and other infections. 2. *Getting regular check-ups*: Monitoring reproductive health and addressing any issues promptly. 3. *Maintaining a healthy lifestyle*: Eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and managing stress.
*-Cure and treatment

mayorall: That's the minimum eligibility criteria. Then you will now compete with everyone that met the eligibility criteria. Just 180 post since 2017 (7 years) is low among other participants. That's average of 25 posts per year which signals alternative moniker or little contribution. I hope this helps. Good morning @mayorall, I am your prize winner 1. I've been running around for the forthcoming wedding of my colleague so I just saw the post and I've quoted you with my account details. major50: Ideally after 4 working days you should see your TIN on there website, but because of the urgency that was why I asked you to visit your Internal Revenue office. For the IPPIS, lets pray it remains optional. Regards. Thanks alot, the link was very helpful. Less than 12 hours I got a mail containing my TIN and certificate. |
