@Bolded, that's the part that got me head scratching myself. Earlier dis year shortly after inauguration, during a CNN town hall, Biden alluded to the fact that black people and minorities "don't understand how to use the Internet" or get in line. Anderson Cooper (if I'm correct) was in charge of that town hall and there was no push back at all. Any time Biden talks about Black people he talks to them in a condescending manner.
