Let me ask this question. In an area where psp operators can't reach or don't usually come, how will the residents dispose their waste?

there is always a big collection can outside some areas i have seen , especially markets , probably free or maybe d community constructed it or lawma brought it themselves, not quite sure about that, but i guess if people subscribe in an area they will always come around, and lots of private sector participation so for me it works

yea, monthly as in my compound's case , 6 flats and we pay 850 monthly
