Ribadu lacks combatant experience and his personal interest as a politician outrightly disqualifies him from the sensitive position he currently occupies. He never been in charge of any command save the efcc. His promotion to aig was even conferred on him while on exile. Heading and controling an anti corruption unit is totally different from controling the country's security ecosystem.
