Yes!!! You can...... But Your application might not be looked as a single application as it would not be linked together during biometrics.

Case officer A might be the one to look at your application while Case officer C will consider your wife's application.

Flexi appointment makes all application flow together. In fact, all your application will be placed inside one single file on biometrics day.

But if not flexi, you will have your own folder, your wife will has another folder. So each folder may flow to a different case worker. (Just my thought process oooo. I may be wrong)

This is one of the reasons why some people get decision and wondering why their partner's decision is yet to come even when no further documents were requested for.( Just my thought process oooo. I may be wrong

Thank your for your response, you mean each applicant must book the biometric different with different confirmation right? the whole family can not book one biometric together right?

I would suggest you select Flexi booking for all the family. Each will pay about #44,000.

For flex, there won't be time stated on the appointment. It will only state Date.

So all the family go there at any time during that day they selected and enter at the same time.

Another advantage of Flex is that All the application will be linked together. You will get your decisions together if main applicant is successful and others submitted the right documents.

Please how do we correct this, MA filled marital status as single and submitted, only noticed when she submitted. How can she change it and add a dependant. It's a student visa.

If she has not done biometrics, make main applicant withdraw the application and reapply again if she has funds.

Or wait for refunds then apply again.

Each applicant must book appointment for biometrics. Even minor will book.

If you select VI, you will be charged £55.

Ikeja is free.

Appointment confirmation slips sent to your mail after making payment.

Your document checklist if you do self upload.

Your international passport.

You can do a photocopy of your international passport also.

If you select assisted service, You will have to carry all the documents you want to use as evidence of your application.

wow congratulations cause I did my bio on the 1st of September and got the Additional Document request of this same transcript and Degree Certificate along side the NSF mail on the 16th of September and I sent them the additional document immediately too and I’m still yet to get any info or mail till now of a decision.

Your application would be Transferred to VAC soon. Go dey buy things wey you wan carry go UK.

The second NSF mail was also empty (Not requesting for anything) then another mail dropped requesting for additional information mail.

BRP mail: 16 September (Decision made 13th Sept )
DHL text message for all applicant(15th of September)

1st NSF for all applicants 2nd of September
2nd NSF for all applicant (13th of September.) I guess this was triggered by the additional request for documents for main applicant.

13th of September, additional documents requested for Main applicant "Transits or degree certificate used for ecctis letter" It was submitted immediately under 5mins of request.

Documents submitted for Main applicant

1. Marriage certificate (5 years )
2. 47 family pictures that's shows stories over the years (courtship, traditional marriage, court marriage, white marriage, events pictures, pregnancy shots, naming pictures, etc. All made to fit into one PDF documents.
3. COS and Signed conditional offer letter with maintenance letter.
4. TB certificate
6. Police character certificate
7. Bio data of my passport
8. Change of name documents.
9. ecctis letter.
10: Transcript and degree certificate used for ecctis letter (additional requested document)

Documents submitted for Dependant partner.

1. TB certificate
2. PCC.
3. Wife's COS
4. Wife's offer letter and maintenance letter.
5. The 47 family pictures submitted for main applicant.

6. Letter from landlord stating that Mr A and Mrs B has been leaving together at this address for 5 years and the utilities bills are addressed to me as the landlord before allocating to my tenants.

7. NEPA bills for several periods showing samples for several years showing that I have been living at the address for years.

8. Land use charge of our landlord showing same address.

9. Landlord voters card showing same address.

10. Dependant drivers license showing same address.

11. House rent receipts for several years address to Mr A and Mr B

12. Ecctis letter for main applicant showing the said address.

13. International passport data page of Main applicant and Dependant partner.

14. Marriage certificate.

Documents submitted for 1st Child Dependant.

1. Birth certificate
2 TB test result
3. International passport data page for main and partner applicant.
4. Consent letter signed by both main and partner applicant.
5. Report cards for several terms and session.
6. 47 family pictures. Same as that submitted for main applicant.
7. International passport data page for child dependant.

Documents submitted for 2nd Child Dependant.

1. Birth certificate
2 TB test result
