transferring that money to her new business account may amount to lump sum except if u are ready to build the account for 6 months plus the time it will take CAC to give u COI.The whole process could take you close your a year.find another way buy leave that money in that account that had good inflow and outflow

Your profile looks good though, probably you were not convincing enough in your application.. Its one thing to have billions in the account, its another thing to convince the Visa officer that the billions will be readily available for your study in Canada..

You said you applied for your GCMS notes Oct 14th which was yesterday, so lets wait for the GCMS notes to arrive, which will be around Nov 15th 2021. With this I will advise you defer your admission till September next year(forget about January, except you wanna apply blindly) so you can have ample time to prepare a convincing application... Your refusal reason is easy to tackle...

As to the lost of your Job, sorry about that.. But hope you have not been Idle since the lost of your Job cos that can count against you, hope you have been involved in some voluntary service and all...

But like I said, I wont really talk much for now until when ur GCMS notes arrive, then we will know how to tackle the concerns of the Visa Officer.. I suspect there was a minor concern of the Visa Officer that resulted to your refusal....

A strong and convincing SOP and LOE will do justice to that... So when you have your GCMS notes, drop it here, knowledgeable peeps are here to help you out..

LONG POST ALERT.

Please pardon my typo error as I am still in shock. God embarrassed me with his love and Favour today.It is not of him that Willeth or runneth but of God that showeth mercy.I want to thank Jesus 1st of all for salvation.


I started this journey last year February. I have never been interested in traveling abroad before but then my Company that I have been working for had issues and we temporarily closed down in March last year but by February I was aware that from March, no more Salary for at least one year cos we had accomodation issues and needed to build a new Factory which will take at least one year.My GM made it clear that who wants to wait can wait but who sees a better job can go.So I knw d die is cast and a friend started talking to me about Canada express entry and co.I called my brother in Canada and he told me study was an easier route and that it affords me an advantage in the labour market as I will have a Canadian education which employers value.

Bottom line I started making my plans in March last year

note:
1. I was a computer illiterate. never had a laptop .my report at work was done by a staff so I never bordered to learn Computer

2.I had 2nd class lower and they told me I would never get an admission for masters with 2nd class lower

3.I had no travel history

4.I had a study gap of 10 years which they said would be a problem for the V.O

5.I was technically unemployed and had zero kobo as savings

So I put all this in prayer and decided to build my finance 1st and at the same time started looking for schools cos I had the faith I will find a school for masters.my BSC was business Administration but I wanted to go into finance or accounting in my masters to diversify but I found no school that will accept me.then started searching for MBA and found non. It took me 2 months to discover UCW and when I told them my profile o having studies business Administration with 10 years experience as a Sales representative and coordinator. they said they will admit me as a matured student because of my field experience. my next issue was finance.

I gave my self 18 months to build my finance. I had to expand my personal Business. I started using one of my cars for transport.I was doing Kabu Kabu with my Avensis oo.I no mind o.Along the line God directed me 2 Naira land. till now I cant remember how I stumbled on Naira land and that was the game changer cos I was initially following quora.I started following Naira land but I never joined.I started learning from ppl posts,time lines ppr alert and so on from last year to this year and then my company resumed this year March to the Glory of God and paid me all my arrears and boom my proof of fund was taking shape.I took money from the ppl that wanted to support me 6 months before my application to avoid lump sum.used my salary account as proof of funds and transferred all my money there.my account was very active because of the businesses I do with my company. Customers were paying cheques into my account and I was transferring them to my Company account.I avoided lump sum till a month to my application wen my brother needed to send my living expenses to me.Wahala,then I came up with the idea of GIC because I wanted to avoid any lump sum and the solution was to use it for GIC and explain it in my letter of explanation.

I submitted in August 24th or should I say my brother submitted it in August 24th 8pm Canadian time but 25th of August in Nigerian time but my record kept showing August 24th.I dont know if they treated it fast cos it was submitted from inside Canada.I dont know.I filled all the application my self.I had to go and learn Computer because of Canada study Visa and uploaded everything myself and got a Laptop.I had a friend of mine who is an English guru to proofread. My brother just paid with his credit card and submitted from Canada.

I did my upfront medicals 1st of July. Note that when I did my medicals, I was still expecting my transcripts from my University and so I have not even applied for admission, let alone apply 4 Visa.lol.my brother was like,are u crazy? u have not gotten admission, u are doing medicals.lol.I told him I was lead by my spirit to go ahead with the upfront medical

my client section had over 65 pages of all this Items and I had to use Frankrobbn1 suggestion by using I Love my PDF to compress it to 3.98mb.I removed some pictures I felt were not relevant.I did not border to state it here cos u will laugh.

I paid my 1st year tuition fee of 17,550 CAD using form A
opened a GIC of 10,000CAD cos of the lumb sum
submitted my employment and promotion letters
Cover letter from my company stating that they will receive me after my studies and I will have my job back but they stated clearly that as a matter of policy they will not sponsor my education.they also stated my salary .
submitted 7 month pay stub of my elder brother(co sponsor )
his letter of employment
his wife's letter of employment
my company I.D and my company business card.
Canada style Resume stating my career history and achievements.
my bank statement ticket .opening balance of 10.5m, Closing balance of 9.5 because I paid school fees .I made sure even though my opening balance was 10.5,it grew over the 6 months to show I was earning constantly.it grew to 14 m until I paid my school fees..I had to explain the lump sum withdrawals was for school fees.I also opened a Dom account for the money my brother was to send.I added his telex copy.

in conclusion. God did it for me cos I was never never expecting it this fast but he answered my prayers.

I avoided lump sum and I was very intentional about it.

I was patient for 18 months to learn the ropes from gurus like Frankrobbn1, ,justwise,justmellow,shuppy,spectro,lekkiboboa and lianna, yes Lianna. God bless u all for making my dreams come through.shuppy answered all my questions and was so patient with me as a newbie.I was not in a hurry to apply. it's not how far but how well and grace of God.

Know this, Canada already have all your documents and details so far you have applied before.. All your document and details are sitting pretty cool in their database..

You do not need to submit any Police report again as it is not a compulsory document.. And for the other documents, you can still submit them again except your refusal reasons were tied to your sponsors, I do not know your refusal reasons so I may not give the appropriate answer to that...

But so far you applied this year, you can still submit the same documents... There is no expiring date on the mentioned documents(except Police certificate which is 3 months)... So far you are still using the same sponsor and Co-sponsor and also if the Visa officer did not have any issues with the commitment of your sponsors, then you can re-submit the documents...

And as for the comment box, its straightforward, they said if your answer is Yes, give your reasons for the YES you clicked...

Police certificate is valid for 3 months. Hence,it might have expired. Although, it's not a mandatory document. You might not use it for reapplication.
For the others, if you can, just provide an updated letter with a new date.
For the attached picture, it is correct.

POF = Tuition with 10,000. Your tuition is like 45000 for the whole session. Doing the calculation based on 6 semesters. Does your father have other dependent below 21 years ? Did you add landed properties and ko? Add more financial backings that can prove that 50k will be enough for both your studies and other means that can generate revenue for your dad
