2019: Eggon Association Endorses Maku For Nasarawa Guber Race

Lafia – A group under the auspices of Eggon Cultural and Development Association (ECDA) Nasarawa South Sanatoria Zone has on Monday endorsed Labaran Maku for 2019 governorship race in the state.

The Chairman Eggon Cultural and Development Association ( ECDA), Nasarawa South Zone Ali Mada, said the endorsement was based on the track record of achievement, sincerity, dedication and selfless service Maku had rendered in all the offices he held in the past.


He advised the entire people of the state not to allow themselves to be deceived into voting for candidates who could not identify with them all this while and only to do so now just to get their votes.

Similarly, Daniel Yaro-Ayunbuga, National President of Eggon Youth Movement (EYM), said Maku was the only person with a clear vision to transform the state.

He also said that the youths would mobilise to ensure the victory of Maku at the poll.

Responding, Maku expressed gratitude to the entire people of the state for believing in him and promised not to let them down.

He said even when almost all the stakeholders from the state were silenced on the mismanagement and corruption going on in the state, he had decided to continue to stand and speak the truth.

APGA gubernatorial aspirant however cautioned that people should watch out and guide their votes against election robbers in 2019.
