The umidigi a7s I ordered for my brother came yesterday but bringing it out of the box, the phone was dead so I plugged it but it took a very long time to go from 0 to 1. It eventually charged but the issue now it discharges very fast even when left idle, should this be a concern?

Using the website, goto "orders" from the menu, click on the order you want to cancel then choose "cancel item"... You can't cancel a shipped item though

You'll have to order from AE, you can also get customised pouch from CV, some guys there do it but it is a bit pricy, say 2k5

The phone comes with a classy rubber pouch, you'd not think of getting another pouch when you see the one it comes with.
