I read further to see the name of the wallet that the crypto was frozen from. How can u freeze a crypto account when u are not the creator of the wallet and can it even be frozen?

It can not be frozen. A highly experienced dev or anonymous hackers can only blacklist the address of the crypto wallet. Even with that the owner can still access his Money ND cash out if he is not greedy ND Smart 🤓
