You're the failure here and the funds for your Education is a waste. You lack the understanding and exposure to know there are processes to implementation of policies. It requires relevant stakeholders and authorities to adopt a template that'd suit its practicality, reports have to be submitted and adopted before the implementation, approvals from relevant quarters have to be given before implementation begins. Similarly was the directives of removal of import duties on some specific food items which had to pass through relevant agencies with procedures laid out before implementation begins, it doesn't just fly off the hat. Even before this aggravated tension that is now happening in the UK where i am currently, this has always been my silent regret of my 3 decades plus abroad waka - having children who are more or less a lost generation . For a first generation emmigrant like myself, maintaining home ties and the eventiual relocation back to Nigeria is a very feasible and easy thing to do but for a second generation, a very difficult task to realise. Personally, i see this current japa trend as a negative development.
