Lol for the quote of it, I’m presently in Eha-Amufu and the women organized a protest today because of this interview, cos I don’t understand why the head of a community will deny the ongoing tragedy in a village, where his people are being slaughtered.. claiming that things are going fine, when it’s not.. so after the women discovered this news, they decided to storm the man’s house but he escaped so they held unto his assistant who they roped and brought to the market square, but before they could begin their protest proper, the police and the army came with tear gas and shooting, some police officers had to throw stones and sticks at the women while the women threw back at them.. I was there present watching, at a point I asked a soldier why he would allow his colleagues to kick a mother and hit a mother!! This country is a mess.. in conclusion the women stripped naked after being beaten by the police and lied on the main road.. the only dude there who managed to video the event was almost killed by the police and the soldiers.. It was terrifying and I only pray God save us

150-170m for the whole structural works.. excluding furnishings. The prices of things hiked by at least 200%. For instance the 12mm rod we use to buy for 4k is now 9500, same with cement, planks, blocks and the rest.. So yeah.. secondly it slightly depends on the Engineer working for you.. some could cut down material quality or quantity to get a cheaper cost which is very bad and against building protocol, but it is what it is, that’s why you see some building collapsing.. this most times results from the owner cutting cost or the engineer doing so.. thanks..
