Politics › Re: Constituency Projects: ICPC Intercepts N30bn Items Diverted By Lawmakers by Okiton: 3:10pm On Dec 21, 2024*. Modified: 3:46pm On Dec 21, 2024 |
Politicians are all thieves in disguise At the federal we have the senate and house representative, and each of the states including the FCT have people representing their senatorial districts and constituencies there. At the state level: we have Assembly and each of the local governments in that state has representatives. At the local governments level, we have chairpersons and councilors at the ward level. Each of these criminals representing us from the federal down to ward councilors receives allocations annually and every now and then but nothing to show for, no tangible projects from any of them as I listed. To be sincere our problem as a nation is not just about Tunibu, but everyone there are making life unbearable for everyone of us. It's the right time we start asking questions and take appropriate actions else we the commoners will perish in this country. Let me drop the bomb.I've been working closely with a university system and I can tell you all here that children from less privileged background can no longer afford to study their dream course in the university because their parents cannot afford to bribe the university officers for admission. Admission now into top courses like Medicine & surgery Law Pharmacy Nursing are now selling to highest bidders not on merits. Most schools, the vice chancellor will hijacked the admission list of these listed departments and sell it to highest bidders, and also use to compensate those who work or contribute to is success as the vice chancellor of the institution. I.e his friends who supported him and other of his cabinet men and women will be flavoured, either their children, relations or collect money to submit names of candidates into such departments. I know of a university in one of the South-South states of does this currently. I know of candidates with lower scores getting admission while those with higher scores don't have admission yet simply because their parents don't have the proper connection or the money to bribe. Apart from the money candidates still need to proper connection to reach the vice chancellor to secure the admission. It pains me everyday that many brilliant children have been denied of their dreams and career. Someday I will call out the university, but for now I will let it be. Just like Davido said; Nigeria is in shambles. There's huge oppression from every angle. But we put the blame on the federal government but I tell you that everyone is oppressing us in this country |

Animegirl: I have a burning passion to become a wealthy and successful woman, but I'm worried that getting married and having children might force me to put my dreams on hold. I'm concerned that I won't be able to balance family life with my personal ambitions. Furthermore, the societal pressures in Nigeria, combined with the constraints of time and age, are making me feel like I'm already at a disadvantage. My desire for success is strong, but I'm fearful that having a family might mean sacrificing my dreams.
I'm really scared. Become successful first Day don break again for more yeye topics |
