I would like you to replay the video and listen carefully to what the senior guy is saying. Basically .... the military should not be in civilian space. The problem is they have been in civilian space for sooo long that wayyyy too many of us believe they belong there. No all cases cos there are court processes..... Start's from the high court, if not ok you move to court of appeal then to supreme Court for final judgement. But cases can be brought directly to the Supreme Court for the first time through original jurisdiction, which typically involves disputes between states or cases involving ambassadors or public ministers.

Why not the case taken to the highest court in the land for hearing once and for all?
