meum: Only? Before the owners of Lasgidi will tell me to focus on Anambra where they usually claim everybody asking questions about Lasgidi is from, let me state that the article says roads fixed. This is ambiguous, however, considering that it’s LSPWC, their mandate is to patch bad parts on already constructed roads so 393 roads is a fair score not excellent considering the number of bad spots that need attention in Lasgidi. Not bad all the same. Better than not fixing those bad spots at all Shibuka is marking Lagos road repairs as being fair and not excellent. Meanwhile, the Lagos Governor has repaired more roads than all Governors of Shibuka's region put together. Wetin Peter Obi blockus no go see for Reno hand. |

Nonsense I don't understand the obsession of people from that side with gutters. That was how Otti did gutters and you nearly declared a public holiday. If Otti now built several flyovers and bridges start to finish nko? You will make him a deity. |

You people are shameless. That's almost the salary of 3 Judges in state high courts in the East. You Obidients don't want good governance, you are only pained that you aren't allowed to steal. You should be ashamed of yourself. |

vanitybutiwanti: it's not illegal, zamfara state assembly enacted same law last week, tenure extension doesn't take effect if state electoral bodies conduct elections before the expiration of Local Government chairmen tenures.
Sim will sweep the council polls, its common knowledge, he pays the piper(RISIEC) and he will definately dictate the tone (winners) Fubara who appointed CTC and his Caretaker chairmen couldn't enter Secretariat is the one you're saying will win election. They have been holding office in Nkwobi joints and under fruit trees. No worry. Let's see if Fubara himself will be allowed to move about that day. |
Politics › Re: Fate Of Rivers Caretaker Chairmen Dampened by OkoYibo: 11:26pm On Jul 11, 2024 |
SenatorCharles1: Following today's Supreme Court ruling on Local Government financial autonomy, it simply do not translate in any way to mean nullification of already existing ad hoc LGA arrangement (CTC) rather it now behoves on those affected states to expedite the process of conducting local government elections.
The directive from the Supreme Court to the FG to withhold funds from states operating Caretaker Committee (CTC) chairmen underscores the recognition by the Supreme Court of the presence of CTC arrangements in certain states.
Moreover, as the leadership of various Local government currently using the CTC arrangement cannot afford to exist in vacuum, it becomes imperative for stakeholders of those affected states to ensure the smooth conduct of the Council elections moving forward Be using English to deceive yourself. Justice Emmanuel Agim JSC said the judgment takes effect from today, Thursday. States with caretaker Chairmen shouldn't expect to receive allocation. Those under that "arrangement" should collect their own allocation from the state and not the FG. Shishi, they won't get from FAAC. |

Does who were cheering Obaseki and insulting Shaibu are about to go on depression. Shaibu is a veteran politician. Why are they appealing. Obaseki is legendary fool. Shuiabu threw a red herring and Obaseki fell for it. Shuiabu made so much noise about the impeachment court case but kept quiet about the party primaries case. Obaseki fought the impeachment case and paid less attention to this. The result is what we see today. |

Whoever emerges should get full support of the party. Time for that is gone. Time frame for submission of names don close. Pdp is finished. Adieu Asue. |
