Let's look at it from a financial perspective. De Gea is going to be 30 years old by November. GK prime is usually between 28 and 34, so he has about 4 more years of solid performances. I don't think Henderson is currently better than De Gea.

Also we have about 6 very young GK prospects such as Nathan Bishop and Matej Kovar. If Chelsea can pay at least 50M pounds for Henderson we should sell him provided we invest it in other areas of the team.
