With the promises and resources given to Welbeck to succeed as a local boy, he was a massive disappointment.

They finished 3rd, 2nd, 5th, 6th and 5th during Welbeck's time with them. So maybe perennial top 6 would have been more accurate. I still think with the injuries of late. he's had a solid career.

How did we decide to pay £45M for a limited fullback like AWB? His decision making is resoundingly atrocious.
