I have dis abilities and skill of solving companies problems. By giving advise and ideas in creating new products or finding solution to any present problems. Dis abilities comes any time a management call for a meetings and any ideals i gave during d meeting. The management always buy and see gud result. After my nysc service in 2012, in enter Lagos to search for job which I got one as a sale supervsior in an eatery around jibowu. The started with a park of 35k. Hoping another job will come. I dont no when I spent 8yrs with them. With all my Ideas at any general meetings the company started producing different products like bread, fresh fruit juice, students fud package etc. For DAT eight yrs my salary only increase with 1k every year. So, last year by October I determined to leave because for that eight years nothing to show. The MD called to asked me why do I want to leave I told him everything and I said HV made up my mind and I leave. The following day he told the HR to call me for salary review which I told him HV made up my Mind. Pls, with dis little skills of mine. how will I develop my self to become a companies consultant? Or what do u think I can do about it.

In Africa, we have problems with employment. Whether employed or not, there are problems you can provide solutions to.

If the problem you are targeting is too big to handle, break it down and tackle one part of it. Look for collaborators and partners to join you.

Start from your immediate environment to seek out problems and offer solutions. Be consistent and loud (silence or whispers are no longer sustainable) and soon, your brand will kick off.

Please get proper information.

The loans are real and provided by NIRSAL, which is the CBN's Microfinance institution.

However, you must provide evidence of training by an accredited enterprise development institution. Go to the CBN website: you will see the full list. Most of them provided training from N10,000 to N15,000. You have to upload the certificate of attendance as part of the documents you will submit on the NIRSAL website when applying.

I can tell you this as I have been to NIRSAL's headquarters myself and my wife underwent this training before COVID. So go to the CBN website and get an accredited training centre near you. Do the training, then go to the NIRSAL website and apply for the loan.

Good morin everybody in the house..how is family and work? Hope all is well with u all. Pls, I kindly need ur advice on how to start a fumigation business. Have been doing dis business eight year ago which I dropped when I went for my nysc service. And after my service I got dis eatery job and I forgot about the fumigating business. While I was working as a supervsior in the eatery something keep telling me to go back to it which I refused. But now that hv been layoff fm my present job because of covid 19 pandemic. I want to fully go back into it. All I need is, who and who do I hv to register with and what kind of papers to collect or who to consult. Pls, kindly help me ur little advices will go a long way.
