In the company where I did my internship one of the engineers was feeling ontop of the world because he believed others can't do without him. He was even forming too big for the CTO because he joined the company before him.

Guess what? He was fired and an expatriate from Philippines was brought in to train the engineers. We the interns even benefited from the training.
