INEC has four good years to prepare for the 2015 general election. they 4 years to show Nigerians that they are competent. In 4 years INEC had spent 100s of million so that no Nigerian would be side lined. We were all given tiny pieces of papers to keep, like a fragile item I kept mine for those years but visiting the registration centre, my PVC couldn't be found. In view of the fore-going and other not so pleasant news concerning PVC distribution, the questions is ........... IS INEC READY FOR 2015 ELECTIONS?
For me it's a capital letter NO. They are far from being ready.
