If yes,call CFC and tell them that you want to reset your "UBA Africard WEB login passcode".
You'll be asked security questions and the password will be sent to your e-mail and phone number which you will be asked to change once you login.

But bro i am facing some challenges with uba africard re-loading i have being visiting uba bank to load my fund in the card, the cashier told me that excessing login problem/Network problem/Account disable but she can see display of my Account Name and Account Number, she is able to see my account name,number but she said she cannot load fund i don't understand why this issue at this time. I tried to login through uba web portal what i got is contact the issuing bank. I have being facing this problem since wednesday. Thanks bro
