Hello house,please am using a z10 stl100-3 and ever since the update 10.3 has started av bin checkin evrday on my phone bt no update push yet.am using a glo sim.pkz help out

Guys plz hlp me out...I wanted to update my os pushed by glo by using d blackberry link.it saw d update bt while downloading it said 'DISCONNECT ALL BLACKBERRY DEVICES FROM DIS CONPUTER'.i did bt it said by device is disconnected so d downloadin stp and wen I didnt disconnent it didnt download too.plz wat could be wrong.

My z10 is stl-3 and a runnin os 10.2.1.2442 and I cant see 4g option.wat cld be wrng.i knw dere is no 4g I jst want it to b there.
