Now, dats the spirit i am talking about. Oh, besides, the recruitment seems like a cumulative process. I mean, ur performances at each stage are stacked together. When i went for PI, the partner had my aptitude test script wit her, that stage we wrote essay, i saw it. She also had those of other candidates scheduled for that day. I m pretty sure she had the performance record at AC level too. i m nt totally sure tho, but i think evrytn put together goes to some extent to determine the partner's verdict not just what happens at PI. Just a thought.

@AOSamson, i also agree with wat Janedoe said here. I also dint feel i did well at my PI bcoz at a point after i had said soo much, the lady partner dat interviewed me sed, i was yet to convince her as to why i wanted to work at KPMG (one of the challenges we frm non-acctn depts face) and dat the impression i was giving her was dat i just needed a job, not KPMG in particular. I dont knw weda she was actually serious o or just tryn to upset me, whatever d case sha, i left there with huge doubts/regrets as to things i should hav sed better or done better blah blah. I dint think i did enof at all. That was on thursday, i got success mail the following monday. So, @AOSamson, just chill and pray, its possible u did better than you think and u are just being overly critical. I hope u get success mail soon tho, maybe tomorrow.

Most likely, since we dint do the PI at the same time. I believe since you were successful at PI, you ll get the job. And besides, resumptn is not till september, so there is enough time i guess. Just chill, they will definitely get back to you with good news.

And the msg began wit appreciatn for showing up, then "We are glad to inform u dat ur profile is being considrd for a Grad trainee role in audit division. This does nt signify that an has been made." Then dey sed dey were gonna get back and i shud send my transcript to dem sha if i had nt done so already

There is really nothing much to fear in the topics themselves sha because its just one minute, what can u really say in a minute? So, wat i surmised from my experience was, its nt really about wat u say ... Naaah.. its about HOW you say it. U have to speak confidently. If you are the type that doesnt knw how to maintain visual content wit your audience, please start practicing dat. You have to look into the eyes of the members of the panel, nt just as one of them o, you will need to shift your focus onto anoda pesin.Then, it is also wrong to pace around while talking like most of did during our debates in sec school, you have to maintain poise and composure all thru, maintain a single spot and please dont exceed the one minute.

If not, then relax and just hope the school holds up their end of the bargain. I sent mine more than a month after documentation and i had even done AC before then. Audit division tho

Phew, feels great to finally be able to comment here. I ve been itching to do so for some time, especially when i come across inquiries but nairaland no gree open door.

I don't think the transcript is the criteria for getting scheduled for AC. It should just be processed and they must receive it before you are given your offer letter as I heard, after successfully passing the stages left.

This was actually true in my case. I was scheduled for AC without submitting my transcript. Infact, i think it is still ok to submit your transcript after PI sef. because the mail i was sent after PI included the clause, "expidite the submission of your transcript if you have not already done so." I had submitted it by then tho
