Enefiok Enee Udo-Obong is a well-known founder and President/CEO of fitness Options Ltd, a graduate of Human Anatomy who holds a double certification in Personal Fitness Training and Health Club Management from the U.S.A, Fitness options will provide one of the most professional fitness service delivery in Nigeria. As the only Nigerian man to hold two Olympic medals including Gold from Sydney, Australia, Enee practises what he preaches.
He is a dynamic, educated, experienced and well respected figure in the fitness/health industry and is currently the Fitness consultant to various magazines.
He is a member of the International Fitness Association IFA, The Nigerian Olympian Association NOA, The Athletics Federation of Nigeria AFN and member of the World athletics Family. A founding member of the Fitness Professionals of Nigeria, he has recruited much esteemed staff that are well trained in the different specialization and affiliated to different professional sports bodies also.

Juliet Oribibo is the general manager, Fitness Options Limited. Elegant and beautiful, she is a graduate of the University of Calabar where she studied English & Literary studies. She is a sprinter and has passion for sports (athletics). She is also a graduate of PEFTI School (A Nigerian film institute situated in Ajao Estate, Lagos.) and a member of the actors’ guild of Nigeria (A.G.N). Her work experience includes one with the LOC for FIFA Coca-Cola Junior World Cup Championship (Nigeria ‘99).

Chikodi Okeke -Okoro is the ever smiling and soft spoken Administrative Officer at Fitness Options Limited. A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (2008) were she studied B.sc Business Administration and graduated with a Second Class Upper Division. Chikodi is known for her warm demeanor and efficient customer services . She is a member Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria.

Koye Joseph is our hard core trainer.

Hadiza Muktar is the fearsome but pretty trainer. The fear of Hadiza is the beginning of weight loss. This beauty has brawl to match too.

Joseph Koye. Our serious very official hardcore trainer. He does his work and takes off. Please do not keep him waiting as he loves to work with swiss-time precision. A lover of the hard iron weights.

Lewis Udoh is the newest in our school of trainers. Whatever he lacks in inexperience, he makes up with his smile. A hardworking guy who never gives an excuse.

Stephen Emesih- is our soft talking data guru. He is always at hand to give you updates and statistics of our members and club.

Charles Edet aka “Charlie boy” is our boyish looking operations man. Apart from the work he does in making sure things run properly, he is involved in backend issues that keep us ticking.
