Hello guys, I ordered on Alli Express using DHL shipping method since the 1st week of December, my worry now is the order has been displaying shipment ready for dispatch since 6/12 without any further movement, is that how DHL tracking works? Has the item not moved yet? I have sent like 5 messages to seller without any response. What could be the issue?
