Mr man how many acres of land are you farming? Since we've being practicing self reliance farming, how many families go to be with food or have a three square meal day. I think fufu has more starch than garri. In garri processing, after grounding, you put it in a sack and put heavy object on it to dray out the water, which they use in making starch.

As for fufu, you soak it, use your hand to match it together, remove particular, and you are good to go. Which means the starch wasn't drew out.
