Engr Opalu has done several work for companies and individuals that I know. When and where did he not do a good job on soil test? Soil test?? Anyway, you are entitled to your opinion but NOT Engr Opalu will do a shady work-his experience counts.

One4me:
YOU, Engineer OPALU is a LI@R!

No one does not like a Professional to do their job, once they can afford it............. but professionals like you are actually a Big problem in the industry!
From deceiving Clients to "do A" for them.... only to collect money and do something "sub-standard" and different (because the Client does not actually know the difference)!

...to charging exorbitantly when engaged, in the thinking that you have to become a Millionaire overnight, just from doing one job!

YOU in particular, did a fake soil test for a Client, that a structural Engineer later exposed as being "the wrong thing and not suitable to determine Soil Stability"!
You misled the Client, collected the money and dumped a "not good for purpose report" on the lap of the Client!
Your argument was that "The Client did not pay you enough Money" ......... meanwhile, the Client paid you exactly what you both agreed to be paid.
You could at least have REFUSED to take the job, if you think the rem numeration was not enough...... instead of lying and deceiving the Client.

So please, dont come here and expose yourself........your Stamp is on the document and your case will soon be tabled before the appropriate authorities

Yes I do. it ranges between N30m to N40m. Negotiable
