None for N300k that I know of. Heard of 2BR flat (1T, 1B) @ Oke Ira for N350k x 1 yr & 2BR flat (3T, 2B) @ Akilo for N400k x 1.5yrs when making inquiries for a client. Haven't seen them so I can't vouch for their state but the direct agent insisted on a corporate client which made it impossible for my client to inspect as he's a business man.

General Land Use: Open Space / Green Area; Purpose: Active Recreation.

From your question you have seen the land has been allocated as a Green Area land for parks and Recreation and not zoned as a Residential Land. Buying it is a huge Risk and pray another El-Rufai doesnt come on board to make sure the Master plan is conformed unless the Land will be revoked or the Structure demolished.
