What is the essence of the security Nigeria Police provided?? if common thugs can stop them from enforcing law and order... Is the commissioner saying the thugs (seen shaking hands with the thugs) are powerful than the Nigeria police? Mere acceptance of obvious forged, unqualified Tinubu's documents by INEC means alot.... the courage to present such a document to the public is another atrocity... and the docility of Nigerian states (institutions) to accept such, is a deliberate collateral disaster...
