I got married at 22, my husband was 40 at the time. We have been married for 5 years and we have a child together.

When a teacher failed to teach, pastor will do it.
When an apostle failed to operate in the office of the apostles as a welfare who are in charge of welfare of widows, needy and the orphan, or failed to be that church structures administratively, the pastor will do it.

The shepherd - pastor are gifted the five fold offices but just want to maintain shepherding.

Jesus tell vision, preach, teach, Evangelised, did the work of the apostles...
