Greetings landlords, engineers, architectures and all. I have a decent 3 bedroom, 2 parlor bungalow with all facilities intact that’s nicely seating on a secured plot with interlock and a beautiful seat out vegetation along the Benin/Agbor bypass. I spend lots of money on maintenance, clearing, cleaning, security and (painting the structure almost on yearly basis) which is much for me and I feel the need for it to be occupied to cutout these expense because I have no current or future plan relocating or using the said apartment. All facilities are intact. I intend to rent it out at a very discounted rate so it can be occupied. Although I do not intend to collect AGENT/AGREEMENT FEE, but CAUTION FEE will apply In as much as I don’t want the house to look depleted because of most tenant’s attitude, it’s also clear that some tenants are cultured when handling other people’s property. I am so worried about lack of maintenance by occupant(tenant) as I based in Lagos and work offshore and rarely, do I travel to Benin or neither do I have direct family(ies) that base in Benin. I need honest advice from landlords whom may have had similar experience. 1 Like

I have this rare used Italian Dior shoe. It’s Size 42 and I used 43/44. The few times I wore it, I almost bought slippers by the road side. Anyone willing to pickup should come for it @ FREE 4 Likes

This is a good news and at same time might be a difficult experience IF due carrier orientation and clear understanding of the SA WP Immigration laws isn’t placed into consideration. I have a friend who who found him self in same situation as yours and also in same Industry. His offer was only but a one year contract and was renewable in contract terms but along the line he had issues which I wouldn’t want to put up here as it’s alittle confidential. But all so good he had some follow up and was able to scale through. Wish you all the best |

Greetings NLers Fam I just landed PH for a 3 day’s training (Basic Offshore Safety, Induction & Emergency Training) at Tolman around Trans Amadi. I am really am not familiar with PH. But if you have a sister like mine you are 💯 good to go. the only problem is that if she’s not conversant with building materials prices and all that, those artisans will drains her but with your help alongside her’s you all would achieve your desired results. But ensure you trust your sister well enough because those gender can ONLY be trusted when she’s your sister/mom.
